About This Resource

What is Linked Health Information?

Linked Health Information is the digital learning component of the Taking Care of Me program. It presents the full text of Looking After Your Health — A Way to Care for Others as a structured, searchable, and study-friendly digital reader.

The resource is designed for community members and learners without a medical background — people who want to understand health topics clearly and at their own pace.

Who created it?

The content — Looking After Your Health — A Way to Care for Others — was authored by Sam Tafari and Professor Gary Wittert (Mortlock Professor of Medicine, University of Adelaide; Director, Freemasons Centre for Male Health and Wellbeing).

Cultural adaptation across six CALD communities was led by MCCSA, coordinated by Ukash Ahmed in partnership with community representatives.

How does it relate to Taking Care of Me?

Linked Health Information is a deliverable within the broader Taking Care of Me program. It is always presented as Part of Taking Care of Me.

To learn more about the program itself — its origins, communities involved, and partners — see About Taking Care of Me.
